In exceptional situations, I sometimes also eat things, that I usually avoid to eat in my daily life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After all, being invited to the house of locals, who offered me an instant soup with some artificial ingredients, I won&#8217;t ask them: &#8222;Excuse me, is this soup with monosodium glutamate? Could you cook for me whole-grain pasta?&#8221;. In such cases, I just appreciate what I got, and I even ask for more (oppss! \ud83d\ude09 )<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand, when I&#8217;m going on tour and I know that I won&#8217;t be able to buy good food along the way, I always prepare my healthy, travel food kit, such as: fruit, nuts or sliced carrots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As far as possible, I also:<\/p>\n&#8211; Eat at regular intervals\n&#8211; Start my day with huge, very nutritious breakfast\n&#8211; Drink lots of water (at least 1.5 liters per day) or coconut water\n&#8211; Avoid junk food\n&#8211; Buy products from the farmers&#8217; market than at a supermarket\n&#8211; Get enough sleep\n&#8211; Explore cities on foot\n&#8211; Get around cities by bike (not a motorbike :P)\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And how about you? What are your ways to stay healthy while travelling?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pst! Dalam situasi yang luar biasa, terkadang saya juga makan sesuatu yang biasanya saya hindari untuk dimakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Setelah semuanya terjadi, saya diundang ke rumah penduduk setempat, yang memberi saya sup instan dengan bahan-bahan cepat saji, saya tidak mungkin bertanya kepada mereka: &#8222;Permisi, apakah sup ini dengan monosodium glutamat? Ini adalah situasi yang sangat ekstrem) haha \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di sisi lain, ketika saya sedang <em>traveling<\/em> dan saya tahu bahwa sepanjang perjalanan saya tidak akan dapat membeli makanan yang baik, saya selalu menyiapkan makanan sehat saya, makanan seperti: buah, kacang-kacangan atau wortel iris (&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebisa mungkin, saya juga:<\/p>\n&#8211; Makan secara berkala\n&#8211; Mulailah hari dengan sarapan pagi yang sangat bergizi\n&#8211; Minum banyak air putih (minimal 1,5 liter per hari) atau air kelapa\n&#8211; Hindari <em>junk food<\/em>\n&#8211; Beli produk dari pasar daripada di supermarket\n&#8211; Tidur yang cukup\n&#8211; Jelajahi kota dengan berjalan kaki\n&#8211; Berkeliling kota dengan sepeda (bukan sepeda motor :P)\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bagaimana dengan kamu? W wyj\u0105tkowych sytuacjach nawet mi czasami zdarza si\u0119 je\u015b\u0107 rzeczy, kt\u00f3re na co dzie\u0144 omijam szerokim \u0142ukiem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bo przecie\u017c b\u0119d\u0105c zaproszon\u0105 do domu lokalnych mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w, kt\u00f3rzy cz\u0119stuj\u0105 mnie zup\u0105 z proszku, nie zapytam si\u0119 ich: &#8222;przepraszam, a czy ta zupa jest z glutaminianem sodu i regulatorem kwasowo\u015bci? Mo\u017ce jednak ugotowaliby Pa\u0144stwo dla mnie makaron pe\u0142noziarnisty, najlepiej al dente?
